This was my mom’s favorite candy. After making this recipe, I tastes better than I had remembered!

1.5 cups of chopped red and green gumdrops
2 bags of mini marshmallows (500 grams in total)
2 bags of white chocolate chips (450 grams in total)
2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions:
1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Cut gumdrops in half.
3. Melt butter, white chocolate chips, and marshmallows in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth but don’t cook.
4. Remove from heat; let cool for a few minutes.
5. Mix in gumdrops and pour into the prepared pan.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and ideally overnight.
7. Slice into pieces, and store with parchment paper between layers. Enjoy!
