1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup almond flour or ground almonds
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the filling:

Your choice of vegan yogurt, fruit compote, fresh fruits, or nut butter.
