HOW TO MAKE OLD FASHIONED GOULASH
When I was a kid, my mother used to make traditional goulash, and I wasn’t a huge fan of it. As an adult, it has become one of my favorite go-to comfort meals. Ground meat with tomato sauce and pasta combine to create a flavorful dish that is quick and easy to put together in no time. Not only does it remind me of my gorgeous mother, but it is also one of those dinners that is just mouthwateringly good.
Goulash is a fantastic option if you’re attempting to reduce your food spending limit. When paired with spaghetti and a heavily seasoned tomato-based sauce, a single pound of ground beef may be divided into numerous meals. It has become a popular standard for many people, not only because of its taste but also because of its ease and cost.
Several options are available if you are looking for different vegetables to include in your dish while it is cooking. I keep to the tried-and-true bell pepper, onion, and tomato combination that my mother used to make when I was a child.
Cubed potatoes, carrots, and rutabagas, together with onions, are the classic Hungarian basic ingredients for those who like a more authentic taste.
